Sun Fishing is a growing fishing company located in Berbera, with an additional branch in Hargeisa. The company plans to further expand into a border city of Ethiopia. Past support for the company includes a Shuraako-sponsored grant.

To support its expansion, Sun Fishing applied and was approved for a loan from the Nordic Horn of Africa Opportunities Fund to purchase additional boats, fishing supplies, cold storage and hire new staff.
