Badmaal Fishing Company is one of the leading fishing companies in Puntland. It was established in 2012 in Allula. The company started the business to cover the local demand for fish with only one small boat and an average daily catch of 70-100KG of mixed types of fish.

In 2014, the company expanded and explored the Bossaso and other mainland markets and increased the number of the small boats, expanding production. The company generates revenue by selling fresh fish in both local and international markets.
