Sharon Eshima

Sharon Eshima is an accomplished executive with more than three decades of leadership experience spanning real estate investment, corporate operations, governance, family office management, and philanthropy.

She spent nearly 30 years with Real Capital Solutions, where she rose from Controller to Chief Financial Officer, President, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Division President, and Executive Officer. Throughout her tenure, she played a central role in the firm’s growth, overseeing finance, asset management, legal, tax, and operational functions while helping build the institutional systems and governance that supported its long-term expansion.

In 2020, Sharon transitioned from day-to-day operational leadership to focus on the Arsenault Family Office and the Arsenault Family Foundation, providing strategic oversight across a diverse portfolio of investments and philanthropic initiatives. She has earned a reputation for disciplined governance, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership, with extensive experience supporting boards, executive teams, and mission-driven organizations through periods of growth and change.
