Al Siha Enterprises is a family owned company operated by two brothers: Ismail Mohamed Hassan and Ali Mohamoud Hassan. The company was established in 1997 in Bossaso, Puntland as a purified water production facility but has grown to include complementary offerings. Al Siha has a diversified revenue stream supplying purified water, ice, marine products, and laundry services. 

The company has grown its marine products business from a small fish reseller with a few clients to a successful company with eight motor-powered skiffs, a supply network of over 40 artisanal fishing skiffs, 225-ton cold chain storage facility onshore, and four refrigerated vehicles.

Al Siha packages its fish in unmarked polythene wrappers and ice box trays for local delivery. Frozen seafood products are packaged according to customer specifications and sold through a network of supermarkets, restaurants, and fish market vendors. For foreign markets, most products are sold in bulk through seafood trading agents in Djibouti, Yemen, and Egypt. For foreign customers, the product is transported by air freight and sea freight in frozen form.
