A food grocer in Hargeisa that sells frozen chicken, fresh vegetables, and a seasonal selection of fresh and cooked fish to the two biggest markets in Hargeisa, Somaliland.
Alla Aamin is owned by an entrepreneur and managed by a group of professional fishermen. The company has been in operation since 2003 running four small boats and a fish shop in Berbera, Somaliland. Alla Aamin catches fish, fillets them in his shop, and buys fish products from local fishermen. Beyond selling fish in his shop, Alla Aamin transports fish to other parts of Somaliland for resell.
22 Mixed Farm is situated in Jibgale, a fertile location 22 km east of Garowe. The Farm has been in operation since 1995 and provides the surrounding community with an assortment of fruits, vegetables, and dairy milk.
Hodan Fishing is based in Eyl, Somalia. The cooperative provides Nugaal and Mudug regions with fresh fish.

Dur Dur is a small scale fishing operation based in Berbera, Somaliland with a retail store in Hargeisa.
Goljano is an organic farming project involving mainly horticulture and livestock fattening production. Goljano seeks to produce goods locally, thereby eliminating the complete reliance on the import economy. Hence Goljano has a diversified range of activities that include: sesame farming and sesame oil production, poultry farming, beekeeping, camel dairy production, and livestock fattening.

Al Fatxi Fishing Company began with a $150 investment to buy fish in Berbera, Somaliland and resell them in Hargeisa. After six months, Mr. Adam opened his first fish shop in Hargeisa and purchased a small fishing boat from which he launched his company’s growth.
