Kelsey Frandsen is the Project Coordinator for the Shuraako program.  At Shuraako, she is part of the business development team where she supports the development of new projects, strategic communications, and events. She brings valuable experience working with international NGOs and developing policy and economic programs in East Africa. Kelsey attended McGill University where she earned a degree in international development and communication studies. She spends her free time traveling, skiing, hiking, and enjoying live music.
