Chad Lewkowski is an accomplished financial services executive with more than 20 years of experience leading operational transformation, innovation, commercial banking, fintech growth, and digital modernization initiatives. As Chief Operating Officer of Workers Credit Union, he is responsible for retail and commercial lending, retail banking, marketing, member experience, and enterprise growth strategies. He also leads organization-wide initiatives focused on operational excellence, technology advancement, and long-term sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Workers Credit Union, Chad spent a decade building and scaling fintech companies, helping emerging organizations expand operations, accelerate growth, and deliver innovative financial solutions. Before entering the fintech sector, he spent more than ten years at Citigroup, where he held leadership roles across banking and operations. This combination of large-scale financial institution experience and entrepreneurial fintech leadership provides him with a unique perspective on the evolving intersection of financial services, technology, and customer experience.
