Hillary Kellogg is an Investment Management Officer for the Shuraako program. She has a Master of International Affairs (MIA) concentrating on economic and political development and environmental policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA); and a BA in art history and anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Hillary has 18 years of both U.S. based and international work experience in international political and economic development. She recently spent four years working for Environmental Resources Management (ERM) on their social impact and sustainability performance assurance practices. Prior to ERM, Hillary served as the Program Coordinator for African Development Solutions (Adeso, formerly Horn Relief) in Kenya and Somalia. She has also consulted for the World Bank/IFC and several non-profit organizations. Hillary spends her spare time skiing, fly fishing, and spending time with her family.
